Didn't went to the gym for 2 days and had been eating too much unhealthy food that right now, my stomach feels so bloated and thick with fats. I know that this is gonna sound insane but it really doesn't, because it's a true fact, and really, I do wish I am exaggerating right now, but I'm not. It's really insane how two bad days can make me gain all the weight I lost in the first 5 days ;___; But then, there's no time for me to regret and self-blame already. Time to move on and work harder from today onwards! Hopefully, I'll have the motivation to head to the gym in the late afternoon/evening time. Or I'll just stay home and do some stayhome exercises, or whatever it takes to burn those fats and tone those abs!
Try again everyday. Don't give up.
